I purchased new iPhone 13 and return my old iPhone.
I received from apple an email with the confirmation and the amount but i didn't receive the refund until today.
Ordered on: October 13, 2021
Could you please check on it and kindly advise?

If you want to receive the refund then you have to do by yourself.
