How to upgrade from High Sierra to Catalina

I'm having trouble upgrading my macOS from HighSierra 10.13 to Catalina 10.15. I click the link for the upgrade and it takes me to a blank page. I've checked all the requirements and my iMac is compatible for the upgrade but it's not allowing me to do so.
