I purchased my iPhone 13 Pro around 17 days ago and I noticed an issue with the manufacturing and as well as I wanted to change the color, so my question is per the Holiday Return policy would I be able to return my phone and purchase a different one that is also a different color? I purchased it on the online apple store and picked it up that same day for clarification.

Do your Part: Report this manufacturing defect to apple. Provide them with feedback on this. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they received on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in updates to come.
Awesome and also since availability is so limited would it be fine to first purchase the phone I want when it becomes available then go in and pick it up and return this one the same day? I am leaving the country for vacation soon and I just want to be able to have a new phone before I go.

Yes. Holiday Return policy began November 1. Bring everything in with you.
If you have access to those funds to purchase a new phone after just purchasing another one. You won't get the refund until you bring back the return. You will have to check availability.
I have the funds so would everything be good. I’m kind of impatient as well haha that’s why I want it ASAP.
