My Iphone 11 will not shut down and I cannot open apps
Can anyone help me! I cannot open any apps and my iPhone 11 will not shut down.

Try a forced restart and the see if you can shut down if needed.
Quickly press and release the volume up button
Quickly press and release the volume down button
Press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears on the screen
Let go of the button and let the phone completely restart.
