Storage

I am trying to submit homework that I have due. My Mac keeps telling me I have no storage. I figured out how to add more and purchased some for $9.99. However, it still will not let me click on Word, Powerpoint, or any of my previous documents. I cannot download anything.. etc. It did say something about a disk.

It sounds like you ran out of space on your actual Mac. iCloud storage will let you backup content from your Mac. It doesn’t expand the storage on your Mac since a subscription can’t change the actual hardware in the computer. Ultimately, you’ll probably have to start deleting stuff from your Mac or moving it to an external drive.
