Organizing iPhone apps from iTunes on your computer

I have my iPhone connected to the USB port of my PC and I have iTunes open. How do I get to the page on iTunes that shows a mirror image of my pages of apps on my iPhone so I can reorganize them?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 15
