Multiple employees, same Apple ID

I bought 4 apple devices for my business; all have the same Apple ID, but are are used by multiple people. How can I separate the devices so that my employees can't see things saved on my iMac?

iMac 27″, macOS 11.6

You should look into an enterprise level solution:

If you’re an administrator and want to set up supervision, use Apple Deployment Program, Configurator 2, or Apple School Manager to set up your devices.

Apple Deployment Program - https://help.apple.com/deployment/business/

Configurator 2 - https://support.apple.com/guide/apple-configurator-2/welcome/mac

You can do this on a smaller scale but you will have to learn exactly how iCloud works, as well as the Find My service. As for generally splitting off from your computer, you will need new Apple IDs but that's when things get tricky because presumably you do not wish to lose control of the devices.
