Home Videos on Apple TV

I have a number of home videos on an older Mac running 10.13.6 and view them from iTunes. I want to see them on Apple TV but they don't show up on the TV app. (no Home Movies menu and iTunes isn't an apple TV app.). Right clicking on the file does not give me the option to change the "type" to TV as suggested in another post.

How can I see them on AppleTV?

shared itunes libs show up in the computers app not in the appletv app
