The battery's capacity is significantly reduced for my 2019 MacBook Pro laptop. What options do I have other than replacing it with a new battery?

Go Here: About Battery Health Management in Mac Notebooks - Apple Support. If it is at or below 80%, then Apple recommends you get a new battery.
