Just received a mini as a gift. Successfully set it up and it’s performing beautifully. It’s running version 14.4 and 15.1 is available in the Home app. When I press the update button I get the message “ cannot complete operation”. What can I do to get the device to download the update?

After trying a variety of workarounds I went to the HomePod App and long pressed the HomePod icon scrolling down to soundcheck. I activated it and returned to software update and it downloaded and installed the 15.1 update. Weird
