Catalina 10.15.7

I have an older MacBook Pro, manufacturing Date was January 2014. 13" 8gb memory,500gb storage with higher Sierra but need to upgrade to Catalina 10.15.7

How do I upgrade?

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and click on Catalina.
