It looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help others answer your question:



  1. What model of Apple TV do you have and what tvOS version is currently installed?
  2. Does your Apple ID work as expected on other devices on the same Wi-Fi network?
  3. Is there a specific error message on your Apple TV?
