Iphone Not Turning Off

My iphone is not opening any applications. The touch works and all but I cannot turn it off. Everytime I attempt to turn it off, Siri pops up. How can I fix this issue?

Hey There 🙋🏽‍♂️

If you’re currently using an iPhone with Face ID function, it is a bit different than the ones without Face ID to turn off your Phone.

iPhone with Face ID: Simultaneously press and hold the side button and either volume button until the sliders appear, then drag the Power Off slider.
