How can I change the email associated with my Apple ID?

My Apple ID is nen22@***, but the email that is associated is nnorkin@***. How do I change it? I don’t even know how to check that email

What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support * I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.

Navigate to your Manage My Apple ID and sign in and when that big beautiful self explanatory page opens up then you click on the box that reads Apple ID and take it from there.
