MacBook won't update to macOS Monterey

I have a brand new MacBook Air I just bought yesterday. It will not update to the latest OS. It works for about 2-3 hours and then gives me an error message saying an error occurred. I've tried 3 times already. What can I do?

FWIW, Monterey requires 26GBs of available space to install. You might want to try again while in Safe Mode.

Follow the advise from the above first and only then explore the below >>

There are factors:

1 - Like poor Wifi connection

2 - Slow wifi connection

3 - Too many other people downloading at the same time and Apple Severs are overloaded

4 - Software on the computer interfering with the download process including AntiVirus Software

5 - Running behind a VPN which may increase Packet losses

6 - If via wifi too many Other devices using the wifi at the same time reducing the Bandwidth to your computer.

7 - Best Results are via Ethernet Cable to Router
