Canceling apple subscription

Hello

I canceled my Apple Music subscription yesterday and requested a refund and it has been approved but my subscription is still running I need it canceled

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 15

See the information in How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support including the following:

If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.\

and

If you cancel a paid subscription, you can keep using the subscription until the next billing date.

Cancellation will only be effective after the current billing cycle expires. It’s not immediate and no refunds are processed. You’ll have to wait it out before changing regions, unfortunately.
