My daughter changed her password to her phone so we went to computer and reset it then she doesn’t remember her Apple ID password and we can’t get in the phone what do I do

She can try to reset the password for her Apple ID at https://iforgot.apple.com
If she can't do that, Apple will require the original sales receipt for the device from an authorized retailer. If you can't produce that, it's not usable.

The box is irrelevant. You need proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.
