Safari Blocking sites I log into

Safari keeps blocking websites for school. I have to log into these websites to do work. However, after a minute of trying to access the site I get the "Safari Can't Open the Page" ..."because the server where this page is located isn't responding". Here's my situation. I'm using the latest Mac mini (2020) with the latest OS. I also purchased a new Netgear router. I've tried removing all blocking from safari. And I still get the site blocked. I know its not the school website because I have a PC laptop and using edge or chrome I never have this problem. I have these issues intermittently but it's so annoying especially when submitting work. Is there a fix to this problem or should I just use a different browser.

Does this occur after you enter you login credentials? Or, is it that you cannot even get that far into the website?

What is the URL of the website you are trying to access?
