Mac boot Booting issue / Slow booting

Recently Mac is behaving quite weird after heavy rainfall, Mac didn't turn on even after SMC reset and the battery was full. After a week, I tried charging and turning on again it worked even without an SMC reset. I did an OS update today assuming it's due to an OS issue, However, after the update, I had shut down the mac and tried turning it on. it didn't turn on. I tried turning it on after a few mins it turned on. How to fix this issue
