I cannot get my voicemail greeting to save

Unable to save voicemail greeting Hi There, I have an iphone 13 and am having difficulties saving my recorded voicemail greeting. I have tried resetting network settings, updating voice mail password and ensuring my IOS is up to date. Also disable wifi and relied upon 5G. Whilst I can listen to my save message through greetings on phone whenever someone calls it still goes to default. Appreciate some trouble shooting on the topic. Thanks,

Voicemail Greeting I have a new iPhone 13 Pro Max 2022 version, I has a 7 plus. I can’t get it to save a voicemail greeting. I never saw a “Set up now” prompt. I get error messages when I try to save the new greeting. If someone calls me it says I haven’t set up voicemail. Not sure what to do.

Voicemail is a carrier feature. Contact your cellular carrier.

You need to have cellular data enabled for anything involving visual voicemail. If you do follow Tim’s advice.
