About to break down - I fudged up BAD :_( SOS
Ok, so my mom has had her iPad for a long time - so long that it is slightly bent and partially duct taped! aside from that my mom never really used her "Apple ID email for personal emails, or business" and we would have the app store 'remember password' on free apps. This was when I last factory reset her iPad and made her a random apple ID.
Recently, I went to Factory Reset the ipad because I forgot the password to the apple ID I made for my mom a while back because in past days I have always done this when we forgot stuff. This time AFTER I factory reset the iPad is now saying the Ipad is locked to the owner and is asking for this login info (the ID I made for my mom, but forgot the password) .. now I can't do anything with the Ipad.
When I try to make a support ticket for the ipad it is telling me the serial number is INVALID. The only area I can see the serial is on the back of the ipad in VERRYYY small print - used iphone to take picture of it to zoom in.
Any help be appreciated :(
