Purchased iphone 13 but can’t get free apple tv

Over a year ago I purchased an iPad and received free apple tv for a year. I cancelled it in September this year. Then I bought iPhone 13 mini this October but can’t get free apple tv even though I was told that I am eligible for it. Can someone help me how to set it up and get my new free apple tv subscription?
