How can I backup my phone to my husband’s iCloud storage?
My husband upgraded to 2TB icloud+ storage and set his account to share with family. Now How can I use his icloud+ storage to backup my phone?

See the instructions in Share iCloud+ with your family - Apple Support for sharing the storage. Also be sure to see the "Switch from your iCloud+ plan to your family plan" section of that article.
Once the storage is shared, you continue to access it via your own Apple ID and you backup your phone the same way that you would if the storage wasn't shared. Sharing only changes the billing for the storage and the amount of storage available.
