Why is my iOS update no working
I want to update my iOS to 15 but it’s not working

Depending on what type of iPhone you use.
If your iPhone is eligible for an update, you can check by reading this Apple article:

At the top left you can select the correct iOS.
If your iPhone is eligible for an update, go to: Settings -> General -> Software Update
