I bought AirPods but they do not appear in my Apple account

If you are referring to the list of devices signed in with your Apple ID, AirPods would not appear here: Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in - Apple Support

If you are looking in Find My, once you pair your AirPods with an iPhone, they should appear in your Devices list: Set up Find My on all your devices - Apple Support

If you are saying you ordered some AirPods but are not seeing them in your orders list, the Apple Online Store is going to be the ones you want to reach out to. They can be found here: Contact - How to Contact Us - Apple

If necessary, select your country or region from the dropdown menu and click continue to redirect the page to reflect relevant information for your location.
