Keep getting message that reaching mail storage quota of 3G even though I delete messages daily and also delete from trash. How can I fix?

It's likely not an issue with your phone. If your email provider has a 3GB cap on your mail, you need to delete messages with attachments to make the most difference.

What email provider is this?
