Apple Watch

My Apple Watch (5 series) isn’t letting me swipe up for the control center. Or down for notifications. What am I doing wrong?

Try restarting the Watch. If that does not do it, a reset may be the next step. Press and hold the Digital Crown and the power button together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The Watch will reboot. Check operation then.
