when partitioning my mac it has double the space it should have
My computer has one tb i was trying to use BootCamp and it didn't work and I try to remove the free space partition and this happens

Yes this can be an issue....
You can start over—erasing/formatting/initializing the 'parent' Drive from Disk Utility>View>Show All Devices
Reinstall on the macOS, restore your user data from backup.
