disk utility partition button showing less free space

I want to make a windows bootable drive and I have 100 GB of free space

However, when I go onto the partition button, it says I have much less space (I don't know exactly)

If important, I also have a second bootable drive for macOS Ventura beta

Any help appreciated :)
