Why does my alarm go off on my iPhone when it's not set

i even disabled the bedtime schedule still it goes on & ON

Do you have any third-party Alarm App installed which is interfering with the default Alarm app?
Was there any Alarm symbol on the status bar on top (Watch the 1st GIF below)
Check your Reminders Today Notifications (Watch the 2nd GIF Below)

I don't have any third-party apps

no alarm Symbol as i had not set any

no reminders i have checked

this problem has started once i have changed my phone & migrated from Iphone 7 to Iphone 12

In my earlier phone, i had that alarm not in the new one

Me too…have you found the solution?? i can’t turn it off cause alarm is nowhere to be found :/

Nothing, apple executives told me to restore the phone & restart

I did that also but no use, it's still ringing

I am frustrated buying this phone now

thinking of switching to android
