Could I get a job at an Apple retail store?

I think I'd love working at Apple, even if at a retail store. But I'm 15 (under Apple's minimum age requirement, and not by a little bit either), so I was hoping to ask if perhaps there's even a whisper of a possibility that I could work at an Apple retail store. I do happen to have a lot of knowledge about Apple products (my username is the_apple_sheep after all) so maybe that would help my case?

But either way, it's fine, I just want to know if it's possible and I should try or if I should wait a few years.

p.s. i know i put this in developer forums but I couldn't find a better topic for this question

If you're under Apple's minimum age requirement (18 in the U.S., I believe), there is no way around that. And, even if you're over 18, it's very, very hard to get a job with Apple.

One thing you might try doing: see if you can find someplace to volunteer to help people learn how to use computers and smartphones. Ask at the local library, senior center, community centers, retirement homes. You'll probably have to know how to use Windows and Android devices, too but learning about more things is never bad.

I think you should wait a few years.

"I do happen to have a lot of knowledge about Apple products..."

I suggest using your knowledge to continue answering questions in these communities. Here you can practice your writing skills such as correct capitalisation, e.g. not "p.s. i know i". Also develop your tolerance for making effort without thanks or reward. Many newcomers to answering questions here initially possess great enthusiasm — as they imagine being continually appreciated for their efforts. But, as is often the case, when appreciation doesn't come, they drop out.

Looking ahead to a possible future interview with Apple, they will be looking for evidence of your creative talents. One avenue for creativity is Shortcuts on iOS & Mac (Monterey – see video). Apple has said: "Shortcuts is the future of automation on Mac, and this is just the start of a multi-year transition." If you learn the Shortcuts app and create your own custom shortcuts, you can show off your creativity to the interviewer. And if you expand your knowledge to related topics, e.g. regex, you could even build custom shortcuts for organizations and be paid as a consultant.

Unless things have changed in the U.S., and in my own experience a few years ago, you may have to wait months for an Apple retail recruiter to send you an email scheduling a time for a phone interview. And, only then, If they are actually impressed with your CV contents. On two separate occasions, I was contacted 5 and 9 months after the online CV submission.
