The current iOS update available for installation is iOS version 15.1

You can update to iOS 15.1 by opening Settings ➔ General ➔ Software Update. If there is an update available for you iPhone then it will be listed here and then you can follow the onscreen instructions.

I am not sure why you mentioned the Developer version. If you do not have a Developer Beta profile installed on your iPhone, then you will not get a Developer iOS version. Unless you are a paying member of the Developer Beta, then you probably do NOT have a profile installed in the first place.
