iphone restarts by itself
My iPhone 13 Pro Max keeps restarting by itself and the phone app doesn't work. I'm at a loss about a fix. Thoughts?

We, just users like you, cannot diagnose that behavior remotely, sorry.
It sounds like a hardware (faulty battery? digitizer? other internal component glitch?) issue.
In such a situation, since your iPhone is still covered by warranty, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
