ipad pro keyboard not working correctly

What settings I have to make to work with magic keyboard ? B cos I have problem when I´m writing on for examlpe Safari search area (webpage or google search) then and more ! I can not use space bar correctly it does something else ! It´s really anoying when u have to write something and u have to take the onscreen keyboard to use. Because the other one isn´t working right.
