Apple Watch 7, international connection

Hello

I would like to buy an Apple watch (7) as a gift to my Daddy, he lives outside the US. Will he be available to use it with an E-sim?

An Watch GPS + Cellular model bought in the U.S. can be used in

U.S., Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.

Any other countries the cellular is not supported, it will function just like a GPS only Watch.

Also note: Warranty & services are only valid in country of purchase (that will be in U.S.)
