We understand you're unable to play videos in Safari. We're happy to offer some guidance.
First, you'll want to make sure you have the software up to date on your device. You can check for updates in Settings > General > Software Update. If you do have any updates available, install it then test out videos in Safari.
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
You'll also want to check if you have any of the developer features enabled in your Safari Settings. Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Experimental Features. On that page you'll want to check if you have any of those things enabled. Specifically, look for the option called "GPU Process: Media". If you have that turned on, turn it off.
