my moms Apple ID off the old iPhone she gave me cuz she got new one and put my information in and use it
She can do it from her phone but be warned that I think she will have to do it as part of erasing it remotely. You may instead wish to take the phone to her to have her sign out of it as indicated in the "selling" article linked in a previous post.
