Trying call recording apps caused inability to make calls

After trying to use call recording apps, when I make a call now it fails following by a call to me looking like it's from me. I uninstalled all the apps and upgraded the OS, still happens

Dropped calls on OS 14.6 I’m so fed up with this problem! I’ve spent hours and hours trying every single thing that could be causing my calls to drop, including updating my OS again, removing the SIM card, rebooting multiple times, and still can’t have a conversation with anyone on IPhone! Calls dropping after 16.4.1 without any notification sounds or anything After 16.4.1, I have faced some problems but this is the most important one. because, I cannot talk via phone call if I do not use airpords or over ipad or macbook or I have to use whatsapp, telegram, etc. When I watch the screen while calling, I realised, phone acts like I clicked to speaker button on the screen and drops the call. Call quality on iPhone 6s. on OS 14.3 Call quality on my iPhone 6s has suddenly deteriorated its unusable on most ( but not all ) calls Im calling from the same place and on the same network as previously- it’s worked fine for about 2 years. I have good signal strength and am sat in my office. So not moving around. I have checked the microphone and that’s working fine. I am on os 14.3 I was wondering if an OS upgrade caused it ? Does anyone has the same issue and solution
