How do I get an apple card without an iPhone. I have a MacBook pro late 2013. I have been approved for one.

If you don't add Apple Card to an iPhone or iPad that you own, you can only use your Apple Line of Credit for eligible purchases online and in-store at Apple. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT209257
