iPhone 12 camera issues

My iPhone 12’s front camera just shows a black screen like this and I can’t take any pictures or activate it. When I open up applications like Instagram and I try to take a picture, it will automatically activate the selfie camera and unable to switch to front camera. Funny thing is when I try to turn to 0.5x the camera works.Flashlight is not working as well
