Iphone 13

Just bought first iphone. Always Android user. Opened box to discover charge cord does NOT connect to USB port. Am I missing something other than having to buy a special plug\in for this phone??

It also cleans up the tons of useless power adapters that are out there, which is why Samsung no longer includes a power adapter either (and I don't believe the Pixel 6 does either). And yes it does help 3rd party sellers of power adapters. Sales people don't usually talk about what they are not selling.

That's correct. A charging brick is not included.

It has a USB C connector. You can buy a USBA to lightning cable pretty much anywhere if you want.

My box had only the cable...no connector of any kind.

Thanks, salesperson never said anything about that. It just makes no sense that the USB cord and plug-in are an additional purchase. Keeps the aftermarket alive.
