I forgot my password I need to get into my phone

If you’ve forgotten you’re passcode you can put you phone into recovery mode by connecting it to a laptop or computer (these can be mac’s or windows) you’ll need to have iTunes installed on this.

you should have a backup on icloud but if you’re using the standard account then it may not have backed up all your data, photos, videos (dependant on how many you have)

i recommend getting the 200gb icloud plan its about £2.50 or $2.99 and have this set to backup everything so if you come across this issue again you can just reset and everything will be as it was before the reset
