My homepod doesn’t connect to home app and doesn’t reset manually

my HomePod won’t manually reset by unplugging waiting 10 seconds, plugging and waiting 10 seconds then holding down til light changes color. My homepod doesn’t reset or connect to the home app.


what’s the next step

I've tried set up again (and again) and HomePod is still not responding. Power is on but the white light reset isn't happening.
