what is date wrong accross all apps and i cant change it ?
how can you change date if just goes back to messed up year

Check you have correct options selected in Settings/General/Date & Time. For most users the default option (Set Automatically) should be correct. Also check your regional and time zone settings reflect where you are in the world, particularly Calendar which for most places should be Gregorian..
If that doesn't help please post back with more detail about what you mean by "messed up year". Tell us what you see, don't try to interpret.
