Cannot access apps and my phone won't turn off to reset. Screen operations are normal but when I tap on an app there is no response. I have tried various methods to turn it off but none work. I also notice that a few apps are upgrading but this appears to be frozen as this function is not progressing.

This function would not work but I asked Siri to open assistive touch and through that I was able to restart
After restart it is working normal
