MacBook Air M1 battery reduced to 91%

I bought my Macbook 9 months ago and the battery life is already 91%, system shows 274 cycles (which I find hard to believe) it's quite high and the battery health is quite low, I feel that there's something off.


Would you consider that normal?

It seems normal, Apple will not address battery unless it drops below 80%

You still have an expected 1000 cycle count


Determine battery cycle count for Mac notebooks

If you are near the mains keep in plugged in, if you need the portability the run on battery.
