Hi, I had given my phone to Maple Service Centre in Khar as it was in warranty. When I got informed after almost two weeks of Digonisis, they informed it was tampered. Why would I give my phone to anyone else if my phone is under warranty?. If the company does not want to fix my phone, it does not make any sense to provide a warranty. If the service centre says the phone was tampered, how do I as a member prove otherwise. Feels helpless for the first time being a customer of apple as no one wants to listen and just want to pass the buck to each other. And no mechanism to raise a complaint !!! Appalling service as after having apple products for more than 6-7 years this is how I get treated

If the repair centre is an Apple authorised one then you can reach out to Apple Support directly. Depending on your region, you may be able to reach them here: contact Apple Support 

Ask the centre for a written report if you do not already have one.
