iPhone XR stuck on screen B&W

After my battery got low my screen changed to B&W. It will no not return to colour.

Colour filters is in the off position and I have tried turning my phone off overnight. It is fully charged now.

Can anyone help?

Did you check, that no other accessibility settings are enabled?
