Can't drag a patch (a vocal patch that I made in logic specifically) Logic 10.7 update error possibly?

Hey, recently since the new update, I can't drag my my vocal patch to the channel strip anymore, when i tried to open it separately as its own track , it says that the file can't be open, I even made a new patch to see if I had to restart all my patches, (which hopefully not) and still with the brand new patch i made on the new version, it still couldn't open. Is this going to fix itself soon or do I have to do something more to it now, if its a update problem, hopefully the developers can fix it soon as possible
