trying to I install iTunes to Mac OS 11.6

I am not able to install iTunes. I get some weird error that it won't install because I need an earlier version of os

iMac 24″, macOS 11.6

Apple split iTunes up in Catalina. Choose Applications from the Finder's Go menu and use the new applications instead.
